Payment State Basics

Payment state affects what can happen next. A booking with unfinished payment may not behave like a confirmed booking.

Common meanings:

  • Not started: no payment attempt is attached yet.
  • Waiting: the payment step is still in progress.
  • Confirmed: payment finished and the purchase can move forward.
  • Rejected or failed: payment did not complete.
  • Expired: the payment window ended.
  • Refunded or refund pending: money movement may be in progress or complete.

Do not share payment card details with support. Use the booking or subscription reference instead.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation policy explains when a booking or subscription can be stopped.

Before canceling, check:

  • whether the action applies to one booking or a subscription
  • whether it is immediate
  • whether it stops a future renewal only
  • whether the current booking remains active
  • whether refund information is shown

Refund Policy

A refund policy explains whether money may be returned.

Refunds can depend on:

  • booking start time
  • cancellation time
  • product rules
  • payment confirmation
  • operator review
  • whether the purchase is one-time or recurring

Skedular may show the action, but the operator’s policy controls the outcome.
