Yes. Customer Help is written so anyone can read it without signing in. It avoids sensitive account, payment, and internal operator details.
What Is The Customer App For?
It is for finding marketplace locations, choosing products, making bookings, starting subscriptions, and managing your own customer records.
What Is A Product?
A product is something an operator offers. It might be a desk, room, day pass, membership, or another type of access.
What Is A Booking?
A booking is a one-time reservation or a specific reserved time.
What Is A Subscription?
A subscription is recurring access. It may renew or create related bookings depending on the product setup.
Why Can I Not See A Cancellation Button?
The booking or subscription may not be eligible, the allowed time may have passed, payment may not be confirmed, or the operator may need to handle it.
Does Cancellation Always Mean Refund?
No. Cancellation and refund are different. Cancellation affects access. Refund affects money. The refund outcome depends on policy, payment state, timing, and operator review.
Why Is A Product Unavailable?
It may be fully booked, outside its allowed schedule, unpublished, unavailable to your account, or linked to a location or resource that is not available.
