Use these checklists when you want to avoid mistakes.

Before Browsing

  • I have the correct marketplace link.
  • I know which operator or location I want.
  • I am using Customer Help, not Teams or Spaces Help.

Before Booking

  • I checked the product name.
  • I checked the location.
  • I checked the date and time.
  • I checked whether it is one-time or recurring.
  • I read visible rules and policy notes.
  • I know which account will own the booking.

Before Subscribing

  • I understand that the product is recurring.
  • I checked the schedule or renewal information shown by the app.
  • I read visible cancellation or policy notes.
  • I know how to find the subscription later.

Before Canceling

  • I opened the correct booking or subscription detail page.
  • I understand whether cancellation is immediate or future-only.
  • I checked whether refund information is shown.
  • I know the action may not always create a refund.

Before Asking For Support

  • I have the booking or subscription reference.
  • I know the product name.
  • I know the location.
  • I know the date and time.
  • I can explain what I expected.
  • I removed sensitive information from screenshots.

After A Change

  • I refreshed the detail page once.
  • I checked the status.
  • I checked the booking or subscription list.
  • I saved any confirmation reference shown by the app.
