Before Subscribing
- I understand that the product is recurring.
- I checked the schedule or renewal information shown by the app.
- I read visible cancellation or policy notes.
- I know how to find the subscription later.
Before Canceling
- I opened the correct booking or subscription detail page.
- I understand whether cancellation is immediate or future-only.
- I checked whether refund information is shown.
- I know the action may not always create a refund.
Before Asking For Support
- I have the booking or subscription reference.
- I know the product name.
- I know the location.
- I know the date and time.
- I can explain what I expected.
- I removed sensitive information from screenshots.
After A Change
- I refreshed the detail page once.
- I checked the status.
- I checked the booking or subscription list.
- I saved any confirmation reference shown by the app.
