Find A Marketplace Organization
- Open the Skedular customer link you were given.
- Check that the organization name matches the place you want.
- Review the available locations or products.
- Open the location or product that matches your need.

Review A Location
- Open the location page.
- Check the location name and address.
- Review available spaces, resources, or floor plan information.
- Choose a product or continue browsing.

Review A Product
- Open the product detail page.
- Read the product description and rules.
- Check whether the product is one-time, recurring, or both.
- Choose book or subscribe when the option is available.

Make A One-Time Booking
- Open the product booking page.
- Choose the date, time, or other required options.
- Review the booking summary.
- Confirm the booking when everything is correct.
- Open the booking detail page after confirmation.

Start A Subscription
- Open the product subscription page.
- Review the recurring schedule and product rules.
- Check any payment or policy information shown on the page.
- Confirm the subscription when it is correct.
- Open the subscription detail page after confirmation.

Check A Booking
- Open your bookings list.
- Find the booking you want.
- Open the booking detail page.
- Review the status, location, product, and any available action.

Check A Subscription
- Open your subscriptions list.
- Find the subscription you want.
- Open the subscription detail page.
- Review the status, schedule, product, and visible actions.

Request Cancellation Or Refund Help
- Open the booking or subscription detail page.
- Look for a cancellation, refund, or support action.
- Read any policy message before continuing.
- Follow the on-screen steps.
- Return to the detail page and check the status.

Update Notifications Or Settings
- Open notifications to review recent account updates.
- Open settings to review account preferences.
- Make only the changes you understand.
- Return to your booking or subscription if that is what you were working on.

Decide Which Customer Page To Open
Use this quick guide when you are not sure where to go.

Check Before You Confirm Anything
Before you confirm a booking or subscription, pause for a quick check.
- Is this the correct location?
- Is this the correct product?
- Is the date, time, or recurring schedule right?
- Do you understand whether it is one-time or recurring?
- Did you read any visible policy notes?
- Are you signed in with the account that should own the booking?
If any answer is “no”, go back before confirming.
After You Confirm
After confirmation, open the detail page and check:
- product name
- location name
- date, time, or schedule
- status
- any next action
If the item is missing from your list, refresh the page once. If it is still missing, check that you used the same account.
If A Customer Action Is Missing
Sometimes you expect an action, but it is not shown.
Common reasons:
- the booking is not eligible
- the subscription is in a state that cannot be changed by the customer
- the product policy does not allow that action
- payment did not finish
- the action belongs to operator support
Do not try to work around the missing action by using an old link. Contact the operator and include the booking or subscription reference.
Good Support Message Example
Use a short message like this:
Hi, I need help with booking BK-1234 for the Downtown Day Pass on June 12.
I expected to see a cancellation option, but I cannot see one on the booking detail page.
Can you check whether this booking is eligible?This gives support enough context without exposing payment details or private account information.
