These terms are written from the customer point of view.

Booking

A booking is a reservation. It usually has a product, location, date, time, and status.

Use the booking detail page when you need the exact record.

Subscription

A subscription is recurring access to a marketplace product. It may create related bookings over time.

Use the subscription detail page when you need to check renewal, cancellation, or recurring access.

Marketplace Organization

A marketplace organization is the operator or business offering spaces or products to customers.

Location

A location is a place you can browse or book from. It may be a building, site, floor, or co-working space.

Floor Plan

A floor plan is a visual layout. It helps you understand the location, but the booking or product page confirms availability.

Product

A product is the thing being offered. It may be a desk, room, pass, membership, or another type of access.

One-Time Booking

A one-time booking is for a specific date or time.

Recurring Subscription

A recurring subscription repeats over time. Read renewal and cancellation details carefully.

Cancellation

Cancellation changes access. It may stop a booking or subscription.

Refund

A refund is a money-related outcome. Refunds depend on policy, payment state, timing, and review.

Payment State

Payment state tells you whether payment is still waiting, confirmed, failed, expired, or being refunded.
