Customer Help Overview
Customer Help explains the public side of Skedular.
This is the right help site when you want to find a location, look at a marketplace product, make a booking, start a subscription, or check something tied to your own account.
What You Can Do
- Browse public marketplace organizations and locations.
- Open a location page and review details, availability, and floor plan information when it is available.
- Open a product page and decide whether it is a one-time booking or a recurring subscription.
- Book a product when it is available to you.
- Subscribe to a recurring marketplace product when the operator offers that option.
- Review your own bookings and subscriptions.
- Check cancellation or refund options when they are available.
- Manage notifications, settings, sign-in, and welcome steps.
What Customer Help Does Not Cover
Customer Help does not explain how to run a private organization or a marketplace business.
Use Teams Help for private organization work such as internal bookings, private locations, teams, members, SSO, and workplace analytics.
Use Spaces Help for marketplace operator work such as publishing products, payment setup, operator bookings, subscriptions, refunds, and marketplace analytics.

The Customer Point Of View
Customer pages are written from your point of view. They explain what you can see and what you can do.
They do not explain how an operator created a product, how a company manages private locations, or how payment systems work behind the scenes.
That split matters because the same words can mean different things:
- A location is a place you can browse. For an operator, it is something they manage.
- A product is something you can book or subscribe to. For an operator, it is something they publish.
- A booking is your reservation. For an operator, it is part of their operations.
- A refund is something you may request or ask about. For an operator, it is a review and processing workflow.
