Find a Place

The Customer app starts with discovery. Discovery is the part of Skedular where you find a marketplace organization, open a location, and decide whether the space is right for you.

Marketplace Organization Pages

A marketplace organization page is the public home for an operator. It may show the organization name, available locations, and the products that can be booked or subscribed to.

Use this page when you already know which operator you want, or when a public marketplace link brings you straight to that operator.

Location Pages

A location page helps you understand where the place is and what is available there. It may include address information, spaces, resources, and availability signals.

If a location includes floor plans, use them as a visual guide. A floor plan can help you understand the layout before you book.

What To Check Before Booking

  • Is the location the one you want?
  • Does the product match the type of access you need?
  • Is the time or recurring schedule available?
  • Are there any rules shown on the product or booking page?

Expected Result

After discovery, you should know which location and product you want to open next. If the page does not look right, go back to the marketplace organization page or use the support option offered by the operator.

When To Use Another App

If you are trying to add or edit a location, you are in the wrong help site. Private organization admins use Teams. Marketplace operators use Spaces.

Before You Start

Have the marketplace link ready if an operator sent one to you. Many customers start from a link that points to one marketplace organization or one location.

If you do not have a link, start from the public customer app and browse from there. The app may show public marketplace options based on what is available.

What A Good Location Page Should Tell You

A useful location page should answer the basic question: “Can I use this place for what I need?”

Check these details before you move on:

  • Name: Make sure the location is the right one. Some operators may have similar names for different sites.
  • Address: Check the area, building, or city before booking.
  • Available products: Look for the product that matches the type of access you need.
  • Layout: If a floor plan is available, use it to understand the space.
  • Rules: Some locations may have access rules, opening hours, or policy notes.

Floor Plans

Floor plans are there to help you understand the layout. They are not always the final proof that a desk, room, or resource is available.

Use a floor plan to answer questions like:

  • Where is the space inside the location?
  • Is the space close to the area you want?
  • Does the location seem easy to navigate?
  • Are there different zones or resource groups?

Then use the product or booking page to confirm whether the thing you want is actually available.

Common Discovery Problems

ProblemWhat it usually meansWhat to do
The link opens an unsupported pageThe link may be old, incomplete, or not meant for the Customer app.Go back to the marketplace organization page or ask the operator for a new link.
The location is visible but there is nothing to bookThe operator may not have published products for that location yet.Check another location or contact the operator.
The product you expected is missingIt may be unavailable, unpublished, or not available to your account.Check the marketplace page again or ask the operator.
The floor plan does not show enough detailThe operator may not have added a full visual layout yet.Use the written location details and product page as the main source.

Example

You receive a link to a co-working operator’s public marketplace. You open the link, choose the downtown location, look at the floor plan, then open a day pass product. At that point, discovery is done. The product page is where you decide whether to book.
